ABB to buy 67% stake in Chinese EV charging tech firm | Renewables Now

Switzerland’s ABB (VTX:ABBN) on Monday announced it will acquire a 67% stake in Shanghai Chargedot New Energy Technology Co Ltd, a Chinese company offering charging solutions for electric vehicles (EVs).

The Swiss-based power and automation group said it can raise the stake further in the next three years.

China, Switzerland set example of friendly exchanges between countries: Chinese FM | Xinhua

Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Tuesday said here that the relationship between China and Switzerland has set a good example of friendly exchanges between countries of different social systems, historical backgrounds and sizes.

Wang made the remarks when he co-chaired the second round of the China-Switzerland Foreign Minister’s Strategic Dialogue with Ignazio Cassis, member of the Swiss Federal Council and Switzerland’s foreign minister.
